Our Story

Tyr InfoSec was founded by a security professional whose career began in the United States military, where discipline, attention to detail, and a mission-first mindset became second nature. After transitioning out of the military, that experience carried directly into a role at a Managed Services Provider — building a deep understanding of the IT infrastructure that businesses depend on every day.

From there, the path led to security consulting, penetration testing, and cybersecurity software development. With over ten penetration tests completed for MSPs and software companies, along with consulting engagements for high-profile clients, the expertise to identify and address real-world threats was forged through hands-on experience — not just theory.
